Requirements:
- One (1) photocopy of all pages and original passport bearing at least six (6) months validity. Clear photocopy of your passport : data page (identification page) + pages with visas.
- One set of visa application from completely filled in with original signature of the applicant.
- Two (2) recent photographs, 35×45 mm, with white background, up to six (6) months.
- Leave letter from the office /institute if employed or student. (with physical address and telephone number) stating the dates/duration of leave and the function/profession of the applicant in the company
- Travel Health Insurance valid for the length of stay and for all Schengen countries which covers medical expenses
- Joining Letter, Salary Slip last 3 months, office ID card Photocopy.
- Trade license (original and photocopy translated and notarized) as well other relevant business documents.(Like membership document, Memorandum, L/C document)
- TIN or Income Tax Certificate
- Company letter head pad.
- Update Bank statement with solvency certificate for the last 03 months (international credit card photocopy if available)
- Tour plan (itinerary) for the entire travel with mention of names and addresses of all the hotels or places you plan to stay.
- If applicant are Government Service holder then need GEO.
- If applicant are retired person need retirements Document.
- Flight and Hotel reservation
- If you are staying with family or friend(s) you must present a certificate of board and lodging “Attestation d’Accueil” which has to be obtained by your relatives or friends at the city hall “Mairie”. The original needs to be stamped by this Embassy to be valid and should be presented upon arrival in France
- Other supporting document (a) Tour Program (b) Visiting card (c) Marriage certificate (d) Birth certificate of children (e) Document of properties (f) Blue book photocopy of car if any (g) Document of other income if any (h) All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/other savings/Security deposit /cash investment etc.
